None from me, for now its just liblo and cmt. Thanks for taking the time to 
review and upload.

Yes, this is a good idea.

Note that liblo-dev provides: liblo0-dev, so most of these should be ok. 
rosegarden (fixed in git already) and sineshaper[1] are the only ones that have 
versioned build-dependencies and thus would fail to build. I could file minor 
bugs after we upload to unstable.
I will contact the release team when liblo is accepted.

[1] Free (CCed) is one of the uploaders. Free, what do you think about 
dropping it? It hasn't seen an upload since 2007, has popcon inst count 52, 
and has not seen an upstream release either.
