vlc test reports, missing working mkv mux and possibility to output raw data and to dv format

Dear Jelle,

in future, please use the Debian bug tracking system (BTS) for 
reporting bugs against packages in Debian. We can only guess from the 
title of your email that your report is against the vlc package, but 
we still don't know which version of the package you are using and we 
are still missing furthher information e.g. about the versions of the 
libraries on your system that vlc links against.

Please provide us with some more information and try again with the 
recent snapshot of the vlc package in Debian unstable (if you aren't 
already using this, we just don't know).

It would be even better if you re-sent your report again using the 
dedicated tools for bug reporting in Debian, i.e. reportbug or 
reportbug-ng. You may just copy&paste the text of your previous email 
and point the bug report at the vlc package.
