AAC encoder in ffmpeg?

Hi Reinhard et al,

IIRC a native AAC encoder has been added to ffmpeg upstream recently. 
Do we also ship this encoder (I have not found any evidence we do)? It 
should bring the same patent issues as the MPEG4 video encoders (the 
same reason we don't ship libfaac in Debian).
