AAC encoder in ffmpeg?

yeah, diego tried to explain that to me. AAC seems to be a rather mess
of different variants (called 'profiles'), and there seem to be some
common formats out that that work much better with libfaad than with the
internal one.

The internal aac encoder seems to be more a stub than an actually working
encoder, btw.
