How to get a package uploaded?

the instruction apply to all that want to join pkg-multimedia.

please note that building and uploading packages is the easiest
stop. Way more time consuming are the parts "maintaining" and
"reviewing".

Btw, you don't need to be "in" pkg-multimedia to send patches to this
mailing list. but after having sent some, it is easier for us to add you
to the team than proxying you to the git repository.
