How to handle old bugs?

Hi!

I've seeked through the jackd bugs list and found a lot of bugs which
were outdated: they've been fixed upstream long time ago.

I've closed them with a mail to nnn-close at bugs.debian.org, but I did not
provide a version line in those mails.

How to address these bugs? Just keep them closed? Close them in the new
upload again? Send another mail containing a version, at least something
like 0.116.1-4 (the current one)?

Here's the list of outdated bugs:

   * already fixed bugs, but never recorded (Closes: #468907, #329806,
     #429255, #364720, #348236, #378767, #450806, #456368)

TIA
