duplicate control files in ffmpeg and mplayer

well, if you count it like that, you need to count it correctly. We
currently maintain 6 copies of debian/control in ffmpeg, whereas 2 of
them is automatically generated by concatenation. I propose to reduce
that to 2 manually managed.
