Done:

siretart at alioth:/git/pkg-multimedia$ mkdir obsolete
siretart at alioth:/git/pkg-multimedia$ mv phasex.git/ rumor.git/ jack-mixer.git/ xjadeo.git/ obsolete

When the package is readded to the team, we can also remove them from
the filesystem.
