VLC 1.0.3-1 prefers alsa over pulseaudio

Hi,

As PA is more up to date, and alsa configured to use PA for compatibility, it's
obvious that PA should have preference over alsa in the audio-output-type
detection mechanism.

Currently, in vlc, alsa is chosen even if PA is installed and configured, and
this leads to using PA through alsa - it's buggier, slower and unnecessary.

Upstream already fixed this problem here:
http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=commitdiff;h=7c4ca246a6be1d76bca3482893d5e1b35c5c7fb9

But unfortunately it didn't get to 1.0.3.
Maybe we want to wait for next release, or add a patch right now, I'm just
updating about my today's research findings :)

Oren
