I am generally interested in such a meeting but am rather constrained 
WRT place and time (I have a one-year-old daughter and a wife who 
couldn't care less about Debian). I live in Witten, Germany (between 
Bochum and Dortmund).

To be honest, I haven't yet understood the purpose of such a meeting. 
What will be discussed there that cannot be discussed electronically?
