votes++ for establishing a semi-regular irc meeting schedule. I'm not
sure about other packaging teams, but I know for DebConf having agendas
posted in advance on a wiki and meetbot for logging helps a lot. 20 or
21 UTC seems to be fairly consistent time choice there, what do others
here think?

We could use a doodle poll to choose time/date.

Are there any larger events happening before the proposed March freeze?

linux.conf.au is probably far too far away for most people who've
responded to this thread so far, but I think there are at least a few
debian devs there working on some media packages. There is usually both
a debian and a multimedia mini-conf.

what else is coming up?
