nope, this is not going to work as the current libavcodec52 from trunk
depends on libavutil50. This means that the situation above is not
really harmful, as both libavcodec52 and libavformat52 will not use the
debian libavutil49 at all. I'm closing this bug now as my original idea
will not work in any case.
