Dear Phillip,

please refrain from writing direct mails to all maintainers if you 
experience issues with a Debian package. We have a bug tracker for 
this (please use the reportbug package and have a look at 
http://bugs.debian.org to see how it works).

You most probably have a package from the debian-multimedia.org 
repository installed. Please make sure you only use packages from the 
official Debian archive.
