Please beware all of above are superfluous to list explicitly: They get 
automagically included by CDBS.

If you really want to avoid automatic inclusion of NEWS, you need to 
override the corresponding variable - see debhelper.mk for the details 
(or tell me if you can't or won't read make files and I will look it up 
myself and tell you speficially what to change).
