"Based on" as in the sense that they looked at the Max/MSP help patches
while making the cyclone help patches. The code or files were not
copied, but rather the ideas were imitated.  I was involved in the
writing of that documentation.

The license is the Tcl/Tk License, which is also was Pd used to use.
the pddpserver.tcl file is also covered by the Tcl/Tk License.
