[SCM] zita-convolver2 packaging branch, upstream, updated. debian/2.0.0-3-1-g2d050ec

Hello guys,

both zita-convolver and zita-convolver2 repositories are a mess, and
the contents of the orig.tar.gz of the current package is not the same
of the tar.bz2 available from upstream's homepage.

Probably we need to repack the tarball and play a bit with the
versioning (I thought to release next package with something like
2.0.0+really2.0.0-1).

Any suggestions?
