What purpose has the 'Provides' here?

AFAIUI, libprojectm-data is going away, right? To my reading of
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html, I think
we should:

 - remove the Provides: libprojectm-data
 - fix packages that depend on libprojectm-data to depend on
 - projectm-data
 - Change the 'Conflicts' to 'Breaks'
