[Debconf-team] Coordinating a track on Media and Art and Debian at debconf 10?

I really want this track to happen. Like Reinhard and Adrian, I'm not
sure exactly what is required. Also, I'll be quite busy with videoteam
things during the conference, so haven't stepped forward as track
coordinator as I'm certain I couldn't do both well. I do think I can be
at least somewhat helpful, though.
