I disagree: The trailer line should IMO reflect the uploader.

If all changes are done by another person, then simply erase your 
virtually empty section.

Example:

Before you edited:

   * Did something

  -- Foo Bar...

You invoke "dch -r":

   [Foo Bar]
   * Did something

   [you]
   

  -- you...

Strip the [you] and the empty line below that, but keep your name at the 
trailer line, and the hint that all changes was done by that other 
person.
