hi all!

i have packaged JackTrip [1], which is a high-performance, low-latency
audio streaming solution for interactive performance over the internet.

from my ITP (#604758):
<snip>
JackTrip is a Linux and Mac OS X-based system used for multi-machine
network performance over the Internet. It supports any number of
channels (as many as the computer/network can handle) of bidirectional,
high quality, uncompressed audio signal steaming.
.
You can use it between any combination of Linux and Mac OS X (i.e., one
end using Linux can connect to the other using Mac OS X).
.
It is currently being developed and actively tested at CCRMA by the
SoundWIRE group.
</snip>

we are currently using this software for network concerts, so it is
actively tested :-)

git repository is here:
Vcs-Git: git://git.debian.org/pkg-multimedia/jacktrip.git
Vcs-Browser: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/jacktrip.git;a=sum

the package uses CDBS (that was really easy!), and appears to be lintian
clean.

if somebody could have a look, i would be happy to apply suggestions.

PS: if you happen to be in paris, there is a concert at IRCAM this
evening, where we use a 14- channel connection between Graz/Austria and
Paris/France, with a latency of about 25ms...concert starts at 8pm.
