The file is names "watch" but the manpage to read more on its usage is 
"uscan".

I therefore generally leave in there a single line comment based on 
above, describing its purpose and hinting about where to seek more info 
- like this:

# Run the "uscan" command to check for upstream updates and more.


I suggest you do the same.
