Merge with pkg-icecast-devel

Hi all,

I'm giving my help to Jonas to merge the Debian Icecast team with
Debian Multimedia Maintainers [1] team.

I've merged the packaging of all packages listed here [2] into Debian
Multimedia's git area:
 http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/ices2.git
 http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/libshout.git
 http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/icecast2.git
 http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/ezstream.git

Please remember to apply the following changes with your next upload:
 * Change the Maintainer field:
	-Maintainer: Debian Icecast team <pkg-icecast-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>
	+Maintainer: Debian Multimedia Maintainers
<pkg-multimedia-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>
 * Update the Vcs-* tags properly:
	-Vcs-Svn: svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-icecast/$package/trunk
	-Vcs-Browser: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-icecast/$package/trunk
	+Vcs-Git: git://git.debian.org/pkg-multimedia/$package.git
