Please fix the following:

 - debian/copyright: The file doesn't match the spec proposal
template. Take a look at one of the copyright files that I touched,
they may help you.
 - debian/watch:
version=3
http://sf.net/pure-data/bassemu~-(.*)\.tar\.gz

Replace `bassemu~` with the name of the component, it should be fine
enough. To test it, run `uscan --dehs --report`
 - debian/control: I'd prefer to see applying a one-dep-per-line style.
 - debian/gbp.conf: Add the field `sign-tags = True'
