Looks like the uploaded package was built in a weird environment. I
cannot reproduce this on my amd64 sid box. I think a simple reupload
should suffice (unfortunately, pyliblo-utils is arch: all). BTW, do we
really need this package? AFAICS, it only duplicates what's found in
liblo-tools.
