Bug#652300: Rosegarden: On install: Triggers installation of KDE.

  When I tried to install using command line apt-get
  IT PRESUMABLY ATTEMPTED TO INSTALL KDE!
  Install with --no-install-recommends went OK.

  I suggest removing the recommends triggering this action ASAP.

  I am using Debian GNU/Linux Testing Wheezy. Xfce desktop.
