Bug#609202: cmus: Please enable RoarAudio support

cmus package does not include RoarAudio support.
Support for RoarAudio is included in upstream's trunk.
Please enable plugin and include in package.

Also the package should contain a suggests to roaraudio-server which
is a virtual package provided by the supported sound servers.
