About this package, I found no mention anywhere about mpeg2enc now
being in the public domain. I think that code needs to be replaced
(with libav maybe) if mjpegtools is to be accepted.

It looks like aenc can (and probably should) be replaced by lame.

I'm checking the copyright information for gpac right now to get it
uploaded, and then I want to continue work on a RAR implementation I'm
helping develop in libarchive. Any work I do for mjpegtools will
likely not be anytime soon.
