Comment should properly reflect LGPL (not GPL).

Also, beware that LGPL-2 and LGPL-2.1 are not same license - one has 
_Library_ in its name and the other has _Lesser_.  If code refer to 
wrong name for a version, then technically that license is void and 
upstream should kindly be made aware of it.
