Some comments:

The README.Debian should be signed by a real person IMO.
Please use the newer style git addresses (anonscm.debian.org)
I'm not a DEP5 expert but I think spaces are not allowed in the short
descriptions of licenses.
Also, I believe licenses should be either on a separate paragraph or
written in the file paragraph but not both.
