Bug#646682: bad crackling audio with any file format after vlc update

Hi

Actually got it fixed. Before it I actually created a new test user to
my system and new user also same problem.
In Pulseaudio Volume control configuration profile was analog stereo
duplex which used to work before.
Changing it to   Analog surround 5.1 Output + Analog stereo input fixed
problem. Same for all my system user accounts.

Before figuring that out, crackling sound when playing mp3 and wav + all
other common video and audio formats.
Not a single probem with other programs like Kaffeine.

here is the vlc -vv (done when audio quality ok after changing
pulseuadio volume manager settings)

After this I changed pulseaudio volume manager settings back to analog
stereo duplex. Even if I logged out and back, no problem with that
setting, after restarting gnome display manager, with analog stereo

Changing back to Analog surround 5.1 Output + Analog stereo input fixed
problem again and stayed fixed after gnome display manager restart.
