I have been planning to request permission to join the team, with my
main focus in packages that exist in d-m.o but are not yet in the
official repository. I was planning on starting with devede, and then
checking if there is anything I can do to help with avidemux and after
that see if I can do anything about Mythtv (those three are the missing
ones out of what I need).

I simply haven't gotten around to writing a mail introducing myself to
the team and such...
