Bug#659705: libmpeg2-4: Upload 0.5.x to unstable?

 I had a look at the new mpeg2dec one; it seemed fine; I had one
 weirdness that I don't understand: "git show
 dc81e27ddf6c6058cfd66ca4c2675f456e9728ea" and "git diff
 dc81e27ddf6c6058cfd66ca4c2675f456e9728ea^..dc81e27ddf6c6058cfd66ca4c2675f456e9728ea"
 give different results for debian/changelog, I don't really get why.

 Anyway, looks good!  (Obviously Vcs-Svn will need to be updated before
 upload)
