Bug#660009: dvbcut: ship desktop file and icons

Hi,

It's already fixed in the team's git repository (see
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-multimedia/dvbcut.git ).

It's pending to see if upstream adopt the qt4 patch before uploading to Debian.
