Bug#661284: vlc: FTBFS on kfreebsd-* in testing

Hi,

since vlc already FTBFSes in sid, we tried to binNMU it in testing to
get rid of the dependency on the old libx264-118 packages.
Unfortunately, due to the new zlibg1-dev package, it FTBFSes there as
well:
