[SCM] dvbcut/master: Dropping tag and setting release to Unstable (ready to upload)

Hi Reinhard,

Sorry for the lack of answer: it got stuck in my Draft outbox and only
noticed now.

I've seen that you uploaded to unstable the final revision, so I'll
sync it to Ubuntu as soon as it's available.

Also, I've seen that my name does not appear in the changelog, and I
think that it's because I didn't put a [my name] header: is it the
case?
