Bug#677137: freetuxtv: Added "Channels Groups" are not updated when running "Synchronize TV Channels Database"

Actually, this is not a bug, this menu item doesn't refresh all
channelgroup, but it refresh the local database.

To update the group, simply right click on it, and click "refresh" in the
popup menu.

Nevertheless, i admit that it is complicated to understand, and i need to
review this part of the GUI...
