Bootstrapping libav on a new architecture

I have restricted the Build-Depends to "yasm [any-amd64 any-i386]" and 
added a check that automatically adds "--disable-yasm" if it isn't 
found. It can thus be dropped from "Build-Depends-Bootstrap1".
