CDBS (lack of) documentation

Yeah, that's actually what I have always done.  For many years I didn't 
even know that CDBS had a documentation.  Then one day I realized that I 
was in fact the main developer of CDBS, and later that there was some 
documentation - by then horribly outdated.

I found the duckcorp unofficial documentation, and indeed that is in 
better shape than the official one.

Then later - last spring - it was pointed out to me at an Emdebian 
sprint in Cambridge that CDBS was the cause the the largest most complex 
build-dependency loop in Debian.  Because Ghostscript is used to 
generate documentation, and Ghostscript is packaged with CDBS.  That's 
when I stopped compiling the anyway horribly outdated documentation.

Plan is to merge the two different documentations, convert to Markdown, 
update, and release as a separate package.
