Bug#708791: stk: Please add .desktop file in the package

Dear Maintainer,

The stk package is missing a .desktop file, causing the program
to not show up in the Gnome, LXDE and KDE menu.  It got a menu file, but
that is not enough.  Please add a desktop file.
