ffms2 has a new home at https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2 and a new upstream
version (2.18) is available from there. Not that 2.18 won't build
without
https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/commit/80921309112a02ba956b43ca65a3a0ff33a7456a.
