[PATCH 5/9] Remove broken and unnecessary Replaces from libav-tools

This was added because old libavcodec(-extra-)52 containd the *.ffpreset files,
which later moved to the ffmpeg package instead. The soname was erroneously
bumped to 53 in 4:0.7~b1-1, even though the files are now named *.avpreset and
don't conflict with any libavcodec* package.
