Bug#756084: confirmed on an ARM server running Jessie

I observe the same behavior on a small ARM server running Jessie, where
forked-daapd version is currently 21.0-1.

Netstat shows the server listening on IPV4 but not IPV6.
The configuration file does contain a line:

  ipv6 = yes

in the general section.

The firewall (here shorewall6) is set up to accept connections on port
3689 for IPV6 (but anyway since the server does not even listen on this
port in IPV6, the firewall does nothing here).
