I did the usual 'sudo aptitude install mpv' to get the package, and it
did pull other packages down. Output of the -f call:

================================================

sudo apt-get install -f
[sudo] password for omega:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
   linux-image-amd64
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.

================================================

(Presumably a bit of noise and nothings wrong)
