Bug#735371: mplayer uses -march=native on hurd

Mplayer seems to be building with -march=native on hurd, -march=native 
is not appropriate for distro packaging as it makes the results of the 
build dependent on what cpu happens to be in the build machine.

I have not investigated why this only appears to be happening on hurd 
and not on linux.
