Pretty much all LV2 hosts use liblilv which provides the default LV2_PATH.

the debian package of liblilv could set --default-lv2-path depending
on architecture and also include a fallback to /usr/lib/lv2 during
transition.

The odd thing is that liblilv already uses $LIBDIR/lv2 which should
include the multi-arch on debian.
