Bug#788359: easytag: please switch to appstream-util, appdata-tools is deprecated

Dear Maintainer,

Please change the build-dependency on appdata-tools to use
appstream-util instead. I've verified via build-testing that no other
changes are needed.

The old appdata-tools package is deprecated and will be removed soon.
