[SCM] x42-plugins/master: Exclude mipsel from build.

You can also just wait a few more days..

I've meanwhile written man pages for all the other standalone apps
(alike x42-scope) and enabled installation of the standalone jack-apps
last night in git. Once the dust has settled there'll be a new release.
