Bug#783401: only newer versions of smplayer fully support mpv

Package: smplayer
Version: 14.9.0~ds0-1

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
The current version available in Debian testing and unstable doesn't
yet fully support mpv.

You can try yourself to change the Mplayer executable with
mpv in the SMPlayer settings, as stated here [1]. Then SMPlayer will
report the following error:

 /usr/bin/mpv -noquiet -nofs -nomouseinput
 [...]
Error parsing option noquiet (option not found)
Setting command line option '--noquiet=' failed.
 Exiting... (Fatal error)

Latest versions of SMPlayer pass different options to mpv. Therefore a
new version of SMPlayer has to be packaged in order to use mpv.

Best regards
Francesco
