Dear Debian multimedia team,

I would be interested to contribute on some multimedia packages,
particularity on calf-plugins, ardour, libffado2, qjackctl and other music
production tool.

Debian came into my life for 6 years mainly on stable branche for my home
servers, professional laptop, and music recording platform. I play also
with sid.

The scripting language (sh/bash/python) and Linux (centos) troubleshooting
are my daily tasks. I also have basic knowledge on C/C++ and I'm a big fan
of Django.

Yesterday I packaged the calf-plugin on the new upstream by following the
Debian maintainers and packaging with Git guide.
I also repackaged libffado2 few month ago because we have managed a patch
with developers for my sound card
http://subversion.ffado.org/ticket/383
http://sourceforge.net/p/ffado/mailman/message/33167394/
I would be glad to share this work with the Debian community and help DM

My alioth account pandamasta-guest
I'm already on pkg-multimedia-maintainers and pkg-multimedia-commits
I just discovered BTS and reported one bug for the new upstream version of
calf.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=783413

I'm familiar to reports bug on mailing list and trac/redmine.
I'm on #debian-multimedia and #debian-next known as "panda" or "BbT0n" in
freenode channels particulary on #linuxmao and #freebsd-fr

Let me know if you need more information by email or IRC.

Here the log of the calf-plugin package with my update.
I need to review it to be Debian compliant.
