[SCM] ardour/master: Tune up b-deps.

ouch, i only realized after uplaoding ardour_5.3 that there have been
some changes which i hadn't pulled yet.
i have "merged" the changes into current master (but really just
ignoring them, as they were similar to mine anyhow).

however, i*'m not sure about the commit below (apart from the new
libfluidsynth-dev dependency).

what is the reason to tighten the B-D to versioned depends?
do older libs cause troubles?
most versions are present in jessie anyhow (and some even in oldstable).
